Shipping and Returns

Shipping Available Australia Wide

Paramedic Shop ships orders to Australia and New Zealand with Australia post. Postage is calculated using Australia Post rates.

Items that weigh less than 125 grams and are narrower than 20mm (including packaging) are posted as a Large Letter.

All parcels are priced individually by weight and by location and come with a tracking Number that will be emailed to you when you sale is processed. To view the status of your parcel follow this link to the Australia Post website and enter the 10 digit tracking number from your invoice.

If you would like to add signature on delivery (typically an additional $3.50 on top of your parcel rate), or have your items express posted you can choose these options if available when on the checkout page.

Please note: We are not responsible for items delivered to communal areas of units if your letter box is not able to accept a package – you will need to request signature on delivery to ensure your item is received by you.

Please use the below shipping times as a guide only. If you need something posted to you urgently please give us a call 0409 362 780;  Monday/Tuesday 10.30am – 4pm; Wednesday/Thursday 10.30am – 3pm, so that we may express post your items for you.

Pick Up In Store

Are you Studying at UTAS Rozelle or in the AEC? Do you happen to live near Rozelle? You can opt to pick up your items in store by selecting “Pick up in Store or Membership/Conference payments – No Postage $0.00” in the shipping options upon checkout.

For items such as ANZCP membership, Gift Vouchers, Conference Tickets and CPD workshops, there is no postage required so please select “Pick up in Store or Membership/Conference payments – No Postage $0.00” to ensure that you are not charged.

International Shipping

Paramedic Shop only posts to Australia and New Zealand. If you are ordering from elsewhere around the world, we are unable to take orders from you.

Shipping Refunds and Returns

To return a product you will need to get in contact with us before sending the items back and include your invoice number, copy of your receipt and the reason for the return in your communications with us.

Please note that refunds are processed only once all items have been received, and inspected in store.

Refunds will be made to the same credit card (or payment type) that was used for the original purchase.

For Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product; provided the item is returned within a reasonable time frame with proof of purchase.

For Change of Mind Returns

We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased subject to the following conditions:

  1. You can return or exchange full price and member price merchandise for ‘change of mind reasons’ to Paramedic Shop within 14 days of purchase. Please get in contact with us before sending any item back to us by post.
  2. Items must be returned in unworn, unused or otherwise original condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
  3. Any textbook that was sealed in plastic, cannot be returned once opened, except where the product is found to be faulty.
  4. We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty or wrongly described.
  5. A receipt is required for proof of purchase on return transactions.
