Shipping and Returns

Shipping Available Australia Wide

Paramedic Shop ships orders to Australia and New Zealand with Australia post. Postage is calculated using Australia Post rates.

Items that weigh less than 125 grams and are narrower than 20mm (including packaging) are posted as a Large Letter.

All parcels are priced individually by weight and by location and come with a tracking Number that will be emailed to you when you sale is processed. To view the status of your parcel follow this link to the Australia Post website and enter the 10 digit tracking number from your invoice.

If you would like to add signature on delivery (typically an additional $3.50 on top of your parcel rate), or have your items express posted you can choose these options if available when on the checkout page.

Please note: We are not responsible for items delivered to communal areas of units if your letter box is not able to accept a package - you will need to request signature on delivery to ensure your item is received by you.
