Here at Paramedic Shop we want to get your order to you as securely and quickly as possible, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day.

WE OFFER SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA WITH AUSPOST ePARCEL AND EXPRESS POST ON A WEIGHT PER SHIPMENT BASIS. WE ALSO OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $400.
Rates will vary based on the weight and size of the item, and the shipment destination. Shipping rates and options will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times by AusPost eParcel will vary based on the destination address.For a specific estimate of delivery time please see the AusPost calculator and use Ingleburn NSW 2565 as your ship from location.
If you need your shipment quicker we can ship by Express Post which delivers in 1-2 business days within the AusPost Express Post network, just select it at checkout. All items have online trace-ability.

Local Pick Up
We have recently reinstated order Local Pick Up from our warehouse in Ingleburn, Sydney NSW. To process a Local Pick Up order please call us on 02 8004 5557 to arrange your collect order over the phone. We are currently not accepting Local Pick Up orders from online orders.
When collecting your order please follow COVID safe practices and please take care as forklifts are operating in this area.

Delivery times will vary depending on where you are in the world, but shipments arrive usually in 2-10 days . We can give you an idea if you contact us at Shipping & Handling. Services can be selected that provide online trace-ability and signature on delivery.
Please note that International Economy/Airmail Parcels service does not provide tracking, but are Registered Mail.
