Shipping policy

 

Here at Paramedic Shop we want to get your order to you as securely and quickly as possible, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day.

Within Australia

WE OFFER SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA WITH AUSPOST ePARCEL AND EXPRESS POST ON A WEIGHT PER SHIPMENT BASIS. WE ALSO OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $400.

Rates will vary based on the weight and size of the item and your location. Shipping rates and options will be calculated at checkout. 

Delivery by AusPost eParcel will generally take 2-5 working days (5-9 to WA). If you need it quicker we can ship by Express Post which delivers in 1-2 business days within the AusPost Express Post network, just select it at checkout. All items have online trace-ability. 

Due to various reasons shipping times may vary from times mentioned above. For a specific estimate of delivery time please see the AusPost calculator and use Ingleburn NSW 2526 as your from location.

New Zealand Orders

WE OFFER SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND WITH AUSPOST ON A WEIGHT PER SHIPMENT BASIS.

Rates will vary based on the service selected, weight & size of the item and your location. Shipping rates and options will be calculated at checkout. An estimate can be produced at the Cart page at the bottom of the page using the shipping calculator. 

Delivery times will vary depending on where you are in the world, but shipments arrive usually in 2-10 days . We can give you an idea if you contact us at Shipping & Handling. Services can be selected that provide online trace-ability and signature on delivery.

International Orders

WE OFFER SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD WITH AUSPOST ON A WEIGHT PER SHIPMENT BASIS.

Rates will vary based on the weight and size of the item and your location. Shipping rates and options will be calculated at checkout. 

Delivery times will vary depending on where you are in the world, but shipments arrive usually in 2-10 days . We can give you a rough idea if you contact us at Shipping & Handling. Services can be selected that provide online trace-ability and signature on delivery.

We do our best to get your goods to you as efficiently as possible, however any additional penalty, customs duties and/or other relevant taxes imposed by the destination authorities will be borne by the recipient.
