Shipping policy

At Paramedic Shop, our priority is to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day.

Within Australia

We offer shipping within Australia via AusPost Parcel Post and Express Post on a weight based, per shipment basis. Enjoy Free Shipping on Australian orders over $500. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight, size and destination of your order. Accurate shipping costs and options will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery times for AusPost Parcel Post depend on the destination address. For an estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to the AusPost Delivery Calculator using Ingleburn NSW 2565 as the origin location.

If you require faster delivery, select Express Post at checkout for delivery within 1 to 2 business days to locations within the AusPost Express Post network. All shipments include online tracking via the AusPost website and app.

Local Pick Up

We offer local order pickup from our warehouse in Ingleburn, Sydney NSW. To arrange a local pickup, please call us on 02 8004 5557 to place your order over the phone. We are currently unable to accept local pickup orders through our online store. Please do not visit the warehouse unless your order has been processed and confirmed over the phone.

New Zealand Orders

We offer shipping to New Zealand through AusPost and NZ Post on a weight based, per shipment basis, with optional insurance available via AusPost. Shipping rates vary depending on the service selected and the weight and size of the item, and will be calculated at checkout. Paramedic Shop cannot accept responsibility for items shipped without insurance. Most shipments arrive within 2 to 10 days. For a more specific estimate, please contact us.

International Orders

We offer international shipping via AusPost on a weight based, per shipment basis, with optional insurance available through AusPost. Shipping rates vary based on the selected service and the weight and size of the item, and are calculated at checkout. Paramedic Shop cannot accept responsibility for items shipped without insurance. Most shipments arrive within 2 to 14 days. For a more specific estimate, please contact us.

Any customs duties, taxes or additional fees imposed by the destination country's authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
