Take listening to a whole new level

The FDA-cleared Littmann CORE Stethoscope toggles between analog and amplified listening modes so you can listen how you want to during assessments. Tunable diaphragm technology—a 3M invention—lets you hear different frequency sounds by simply adjusting the pressure on the chestpiece. Hold the chestpiece with light pressure on the patient to hear low frequency sounds; press a little more to hear higher frequency sounds. Soft-sealing ear tips conform to individual ears for optimal comfort and excellent sound occlusion.

The Littmann CORE Stethoscope works with Eko software on iOS and Android devices, giving you a HIPAA compliant means to save and annotate 15, 30, 60 or 120-second recordings in a secure dashboard. Create a library of heart sounds to monitor the progressions of a disease or for education, and securely share recordings with colleagues. The Littmann CORE Stethoscope can be used with Eko Artificial Intelligence to aid in the detection of murmurs (AI purchased separately).

The Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope is pre-assembled with a CORE Digital Attachment and a Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope. Please visit the respective User Manuals for instructions for use.

Straight to the core.

Actually surprised at how good the sound is in either mode.
I did think there would be some loss of sound quality when not using it in amplified mode but I am genuinely impressed with the sound quality when using it without power.
The enhanced mode is great when travelling in the back of an ambulance as you don't have to worry so much about background noise etc.
Volume when on is awesome I have found the lowest volume setting is usually enough even when the car is running.
Great piece of kit, so glad I upgraded.

Amazing!

I bought this because I have significant hearing loss and I wear hearing aids. I’m still learning how to transmit directly to my hearing aids via Bluetooth, which will be amazing, but in the meantime, I took my hearing aids out and the sounds I can hear through this stethoscope are nothing short of incredible! So much better than I expected! Worth every cent!

Excellent piece of kit.

This stethoscope feels like it was carefully constructed with very high quality materials. It is sturdy and weighted well. The amplification is significant, for my case working in event medicine where the ambient noise is too much for a traditional stethoscope. The iPad/iPhone integration for waveform analysis is a really nicely executed feature. A truly great stethoscope.

Very good noise reduction, can hear thru layers of clothing, can highly appreciate heart sounds.

The recording in the EKO app is not as loud as I want it to be, hard to hear. The AI is sold separately.

Full of great info to help you remember all the acronyms (IMIST AMBO, METHANE, AMPLE, etc) plus good prompts for patient questioning, reading ECG's, and medical terminology. Well worth it.

Nebo DaVinci - a great torch

I am impressed by the quality and capability of this torch. The combination of water-tightness and zoom lamp is usually not very successful, but in this case it works. The size and brightness is just right for camping: not to big, not too bright. I also like the twist adjust for the brightness as I don't have to continually cycle through the various modes like other torches.
Price from the Paramedic Shop was good, and delivery was timely.
